Madeline Brezonick
2024 Cherry Days Queen Candidate
Madeline is the daughter of Sundee and Curtis Hintz.
Her AP English instructor characterizes her as having all the qualities necessary to catapult her to the top of whatever field she chooses. She “consistently demonstrated her dedication to her future with a complete package of potential, talent, and work ethic.”
Madeline served on the student council as class co-president in 2021 and as the executive vice president in 2022 and 2023. She was a member of the National Honors Society in 2022 and 2023. Her dedication to her studies earned her a 4.33 grade point average throughout high school.
The North Fork High School Football Program was lucky to have her as a varsity kicker from 2020 to 2023 and a varsity defender on the Delta High School Soccer Team from 2021 to 2023. All of this despite experiencing multiple knee injuries involving surgery. During her downtime, Madeline donated her coaching skills to local youth soccer teams while supporting her teammates from the sidelines.
Madeline plans to attend James Madison University and major in nursing. She claims that embarking on this career is not just a choice; it’s a culmination of passion, purpose, and experiences that shaped her aspirations and goals. Nursing resonates with her on a deeply personal level, and she intends to make a tangible difference in other people’s lives.
