Ryaunna Rhoades

2025 Cherry Days Queen Candidate

Ryaunna is the daughter of Brian and Ayla Rhoades.

North Fork High School’s AP English teacher, Kris Allen, says that Ryuaunna is a “talented young woman who has overcome much and challenged herself in admirable ways” and has witnessed the growth of her emotional, scholastic, and athletic talents since middle school.

Ryaunna was a state qualifier for the Future Business Leaders of America two years in a row and participated in volleyball, wrestling, track, and tennis at North Fork High School, receiving a varsity letter in each sport. She was named regional captain in volleyball and was a state qualifier in wrestling, where she competed among the top 16 wrestlers in the state. She also served as a referee for youth volleyball and wrestling and a coach for a young volleyball team.

Volunteering for her community has always been a priority, and is proud to have been a part of organizing and fundraising for the county fair.

One of Ryaunna’s dreams is to one day be in a position to help her family overcome the cycle of hardships brought on by various medical struggles her parents have fought to overcome. She would like to pursue a career in a hospital or diagnostic center as a radiology technician and claims that it would be more than a job for her as it would blend her passion for healthcare with her desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
